A Cautionary Tale: Paid for Next-Day Delivery, Fell into a Customer Service Black Hole 😠
I'm writing this as a cautionary tale for anyone considering this website. My experience was infuriating, to say the least. I paid extra for next-day delivery, only to get an email saying it would take days to process. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. After being sent through an endless loop of automated phone menus and useless chat bots, I finally managed to get a human on the line to demand a refund for the shipping I never got.
Customer: Hello? I finally got a person. I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on my order, and it took a week to arrive. I want my money back. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the delay and the trouble you had reaching us. I can certainly look into that for you. Do you have your order number? Customer: Yes, but it shouldn't be this hard. Your site says "eligible for next day delivery," you charge for it, and then it's crickets. I tried your chat bot and email six times. It feels like a scam. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize. That is not the experience we want for our customers. I've found your order and I see the charge and the delivery date. I am processing a full refund of the $19.95 shipping fee for you right now. Customer: Fine, thank you for that. But this whole process has been a nightmare. You shouldn't offer a service you can't provide and then make it impossible for customers to get help. CS Rep: You are absolutely right. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and I will be escalating this issue with our logistics and web teams to ensure this is corrected.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
