I'm writing this review to warn everyone about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. This company, GlassesUSA, is a nightmare if you encounter any issues with your order. It felt like they were glad to take my money, but when it came time to fix a problem with my glasses, it seemed utterly impossible. The whole business feels pretty much fully automated, and when I finally got in touch with someone, they were extremely rude and ended the call when they felt like it. I truly felt like I was being scammed, with no way to get help or even file a complaint. This dreadful experience compelled me to leave this review and try to engage with customer service again, hoping for a different outcome.
Customer: I'm calling about my recent order. My glasses aren't right, and honestly, trying to get help has been incredibly frustrating. CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty you've experienced. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: It's [Order Number]. Look, I've already tried reaching out, and I was just met with rudeness and my call was cut off. I feel like you just don't care once you have our money. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I assure you that's not the experience we want for our customers. I'm truly sorry if you had a negative interaction. Let me review your order details and see what we can do to resolve the issue with your glasses. Customer: So, what can you do? Because right now, I just feel like there's no way to get any actual support.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
